INFORMATION
Keeper is a Yellow Nape Amazon. Unfortunately, we do not know anything about Keeper’s background as his previous owner had dementia and relinquished her birds on her death bed. Keeper has had a couple of seizures that seem to be stress-related. He would do best in a quiet home without other Amazons but with lots of out-of-cage time. He can be unpredictable, especially when excited so he should have a caretaker experienced with Amazons. Much of the time though he seems inquisitive and enjoys having his head scratched. He has shown a preference for females.
